What is your delivery timeframe?
For orders within Denmark, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days with standard shipping and 1-2 business days with express shipping. For EU countries, please allow 5-10 business days. All orders are processed within 24 hours (during business days) of being placed.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to follow your package's journey on the carrier's website.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping costs).
How do I request a return?
To initiate a return, please use our self-service return portal at https://return.shipmondo.com/posins. You'll be able to print a return label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at a GLS drop-off point. Be sure to include the reason for your return inside the package.
What if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible.
