Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

Welcome to Posins. The following constitutes an agreement according to terms and conditions when you shop with Posins.

When you shop with Posins, you will be subject to a set of rules, guidelines, business policies, terms, and conditions that we want you to be familiar with.

We reserve the right at any time to change the website as well as terms and conditions.

By accessing, using, and other forms of interaction with the website, you indicate that you have understood and accepted our current terms and conditions. Therefore, please read the agreement carefully before proceeding.

Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are subject to and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes will be decided by the Danish courts.

Terms for Website Usage

You may not reproduce, display, distribute, sell, transfer, copy, modify, translate, or exploit this website or parts thereof unless expressly permitted in writing by Posins.

You may not make any form of commercial use of information on this website or use the website for your own profit unless you have received explicit permission from Posins.

We reserve the right, in cases of misuse or other forms of behavior that may be harmful to our business, to refuse services, close accounts, and/or cancel orders.

Order Procedures & Handling

We reserve the right to cancel your order in the event that your order is sold out, if there are errors in the price or product information, or if there are payment problems identified as fraud or deception.

In this case, we will need additional information to process your order. If this is the case, we will contact you to verify your order.

If your order is canceled, we will contact you and state the reason.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the entered information and confirming that the payment has been sent.

When we have received your payment, you will receive a final confirmation email. At this point, your order will be ready for shipping (excluding weekends and Danish holidays).

We do our best to check and investigate all orders for any errors. However, it is your/the customer's responsibility to provide the correct information – including shipping information and product composition. When you receive the second confirmation email, we disclaim all responsibility for delivery loss or other delivery problems caused by missing or incorrect data information.

Explanation of possible order statuses:

  • Processing: your order request has been received, but we have not yet withdrawn your payment and your products are not packaged.
  • Complete: your payment has been received and confirmed, your order is packed and will be shipped as soon as possible.
  • Order incomplete: the payment was not successful.
  • Payment review: your order is being reviewed and awaiting confirmation.
  • On hold: your order will not be shipped until some information is clarified and/or changes are made.
  • Package returned: the package has been returned to our office from the postal service after it has been attempted to be sent.

Payment

You can use one of the following payment options: MobilePay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shopify Payments (Shop Pay), Dankort, eDankort, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit DK, VISA, VISA DK, VISA Electron, and Maestro.

When your payment has gone through, you will receive an order number and order confirmation. This means that your order is reserved, but we have not yet withdrawn your payment.

We do not ship goods if we have not received payment. We only withdraw payment when shipment is marked as sent, which means that freight label, invoice, delivery note, and track and trace email have been sent out. Subsequently, your order is packed and picked up as soon as possible.

We do not accept bank transfers.

Right of Complaint

Posins provides a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act, covering manufacturing and material defects that are detected during the product's normal use. The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage, or wear and tear, directly or indirectly arising from improper use, poor maintenance, improper storage, or violence. The product can subsequently be returned for repair, replacement, or by agreement, possibly refunding.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Ombudsman's rules, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal at Posins, valid from the day you receive your order. Withdrawal must be reported to info@posins.dk no later than 14 days after the order is received. If a purchase is withdrawn, the buyer must return the withdrawn product/order to Posins within 14 days after withdrawal.

Returns & Refunds

Defective/Damaged Product(s)

If products are unexpectedly delivered leaking, damaged, or have other defects not related to the product's function, you must inform us within 14 days of receipt. Packaging, receipt, and products must be kept. The products must not be put into use if we should be able to help with return or refund.

If you can prove that the product is defective, you must inform us within 14 days of receipt.

We are not responsible for products that have been treated poorly or misused by the customer. Unless it is proven that the product is defective, we disclaim all responsibility for products that do not meet the customer's expectations.

Unwanted Product(s)

You must inform us within 14 days of receipt. Packaging, receipt, and product(s) must be kept. Additionally, the product must be unused, unopened, and in a saleable condition.

You must contact us and explain the reason for the return before you return any item, so we can see if a possible return meets the requirements. If this is not the case, you risk that we cannot refund the purchase.

We do not accept partial returns of packages/offers. If you wish to return an item that is part of a package or a package offer, you must return all the items that are part of the package/offer.

We do not pay for shipping fees, and if the entire order is returned after the package is delivered, we offer a full refund minus a handling fee of 50 kr.

The item must be sent back in a way that it can be tracked, and you must ensure that it is fully insured. The return shipment must be packed correctly and protected against possible damage when sent.

We carefully check each product that is returned before the item is exchanged or the money is refunded. If the goods turn out to be open, damaged, and/or used, we reserve the right not to offer a refund. We will contact you immediately if there is a problem.

Refund Policy

  • A product purchased on Posins.com can only be refunded if it is unopened and intact and if the conditions explained in the "Unwanted Product(s)" section are met.
  • We can refund the full amount of your order if all products are returned intact and unused after agreement with our customer service. Note that the customer must bear the return shipping fee themselves.
  • It can take up to 7 business days to refund the money from receipt of the products (intact and unopened).
  • In case of refund, the money will be refunded via the same payment method that was used when the order was placed.
  • Contact us at info@posins.dk and write your order number and the problem in the subject field.
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the package.

Shipping & Delivery

When you place an order at Posins, you accept the potential timeframes indicated for your country (regular and extended). You are responsible for providing us with a correct delivery address where it is possible to make the delivery within the specified timeframe.

We typically ship the same day (except weekends/holidays) for orders made before 14:00. Delivery time in Denmark is typically 1-3 business days.

Shipments to post office/package box/nearby box/swipbox etc. must be picked up no later than 7 days from receipt in the box.

We use GLS. This means that you must give us a delivery address that your local postal service has access to, as your order will be delivered by them.

If no one is home at the time of delivery, the package will be stored at the post office. Normally, the postman leaves a delivery notice confirming that you need to pick up the package within a timeframe or arrange a new delivery.

We disclaim all responsibility for a missed delivery in case of absence on the part of the customer due to vacation or moving.

If you do not pick up your package, it will be returned to us. When we receive the package, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery, and it may mean that you have to pay an additional shipping fee.

If the package is not picked up at the post office, no refund or new delivery will take place until the order is returned to us/sender.

If it is possible to track/trace the package, the expenses for returning the package will also be deducted from the final refund.

We do not refund/return packages that are not delivered within the possible timeframe. Contact us at info@posins.dk if the delivery timeframe has been exceeded and you have not yet received your package.

We are not responsible for delays due to uncontrollable events and circumstances such as acts of terrorism, weather conditions, earthquakes, fire, floods, traffic jams, or other private and public barriers. However, we will do our best and contact you if similar should have an influence on the service we provide.
